Booking & Confirmation
This is a booking request, not a confirmed reservation
The tour will be confirmed after availability is checked and a confirmation email is sent.
Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
Maximum booking time is 8 hours.
Maximum group size is up to 5 people.
Payment
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a secure payment link via Stripe within 24 hours.
Payment must be completed at least 72 hours before the tour start time.
For bookings made within 72 hours of the tour start time, immediate payment is required to confirm the reservation.
If payment is not received at least 2 hours prior to the tour start time, the booking will be canceled.
Discount Policy (SNS Promotion Discount)
Guests who agree to allow the guide to take photos during the tour and use selected photos and reviews on my SNS and website will receive a 10% discount on the tour fee.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour start time.
30% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time.
100% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or in case of no-show.
Guide Cancellation Policy
If the tour is canceled due to circumstances on the guide’s side, a full refund will be provided.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the tour.
Changes & Delays
Please inform as soon as possible if you are running late.
If the delay exceeds 30 minutes without notice, the tour may be canceled.
Tour content may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or facility closures.
Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
Please inform the guide in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
The guide is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
Insurance
Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
Photography
Please inform the guide in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
